Consumers tested each product  - they had to provide photo's of where they placed their products to confirm they were being stored in the right environment. They were asked to text daily with 3 words describing their application experience - this allowed us to track any developing issues.

The Outcome

  • The findings created evidence that supported the businesses primary choice
  • Our client was able to progress to prototype launch!
