  • Is there parking at the Blue Yonder Facility?
    • There is limited parking at the Blue Yonder facility, however, if you are attending a study, we will always try our best to ensure that there are spaces available to accommodate you.
  • I am attending a study which isn’t at the Blue Yonder Facility, the car park is pay as you go, do I need to fund this myself or will I be reimbursed?
    • You will need to fund this yourself although we will always provide you with an appropriate incentive to include renumeration for this.
  • My friend is interested, can they come along and take part too?
    • This may be possible, it’s always best to give us a call on 0113 2044 020 and we can advise you from there.
  • Can I bring my child(ren) to the study with me?
    • Blue Yonder don’t provide any childcare facilities so recommend you do not bring children with you. However, please feel free to call us on 0113 2044 020 to discuss your options.

  • My friends love these products, can I share some pictures with my Facebook group?
    • It’s great news that you and your friends like the products, but we would ask you not to share any details of the study on any social media platform. Many of the products we test are of a confidential nature and we may ask you to sign a confidentiality form prior to taking part in the study.
  • I have qualified for the study, but I go on holiday, can I take part when I get back?
