Shaping What’s Next: Q1 2025 Innovation Spotlight

At Blue Yonder, innovation is part of our DNA. It’s what keeps us moving forward, solving problems in smarter ways, and finding new opportunities to improve the way we work and the results we deliver for our clients. It’s not just encouraged – it’s expected, and it’s one of the things that makes Blue Yonder such a dynamic place to be.

Our Q1 Innovation Review once again showcased the energy, creativity, and teamwork that fuels our culture. With a record staff turn out on the day, it was a great reminder of why we prioritise innovation, and how each idea – big or small – contributes to making our company stronger. And, of course, a few prizes and a little bit of competition keeps the energy levels high!

With cash prizes on offer for the best internal innovation, best client innovation, and best presentation, plus raffle rewards just for adding team innovations into the tracker, there was plenty to celebrate.

🏆Top Client Innovation & Best Presentation

A double win for the Blue Yonder Qual team! Their Sprint Qual innovation picked up both Best Client Innovation and Best Presentation. The team introduced their new agile qual approach through a brilliantly funny action movie-style trailer featuring the whole team – a perfect mix of creativity, energy, and clear impact. Sprint Qual offers clients a faster, smarter way to gather deep insights, helping them stay ahead in fast-moving markets.

🏆 Top Blue Yonder Innovation

The award for Best Internal Innovation goes to the Marketing team for their incredible work on the new AI chatbot for the refreshed Sense:buds website. By adding an interactive chatbot to guide visitors through the participant’s product testing journey, the team has created a smarter, faster way for users to find information – while giving Sense:lab a new edge in the market.
