Trainee Panel Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in Leeds! 

Sense:buds is our community of product testers, a panel of real people located throughout the UK who have indicated that they want to take part in our market research studies. You will be part of the team responsible for growing, engaging, and maintaining the condition of this community. You will also be responsible for recruiting relevant participants from the community, as well as sourcing 'fresh' participants, for our market research studies. Key responsibilities

  • Receiving project briefs for participant recruitment and executing as instructed 
  • Selecting relevant participant samples/demographics from our community to invite to studies and tailoring communications accordingly 
  • Maximising recruitment from our community of product testers or executing strategies to find new research participants for our market research studies 
  • Tracking & reporting recruitment progress, and liaising with internal teams to ensure deadlines are kept and deliverables reflect client expectations 
  • Executing panel growth & engagement strategies 
  • General panel administration upkeep and management 
  • Acting as the main point of contact for research participant communications across all channels maintaining brand tone guidelines 
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement new administrative/operational systems and efficiencies

About you

You will have excellent organisation, communication and time management skills. Ideally, you might have a Business, Psychology or Marketing-related degree, or an equivalent educational qualification. You may also have relevant work experience in the market research industry. The key is your ability to be accountable, professional, personable, organised, and detail-orientated. You will be computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office and panel management software applications. 

You're curious, proactive, and passionate about developing new ideas and running with them. You love a challenge and thrive on working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Job details

Salary: £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Schedule 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) 

Ability to commute/relocate: Leeds, LS15 8GB – reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) 

Education: Bachelor's degree or similar in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Psychology or Marketing-related degree) can be helpful, but is not essential, we're open to candidates with diverse backgrounds and relevant skills. 

Experience: 1-2 years relevant work experience
