Blue Yonder Welcomes New Talent and Fresh Perspectives
We are delighted welcome five new starters to our dynamic and growing team. The onboarding process, which helps new employees transition into their roles and get up to speed with the company’s processes and culture, is designed to ensure that they feel at home right from the start.
Let’s meet our new fantastic five…
Dario - Trainee Field Executive
Having graduated just over a year ago and working in hospitality since, I felt ready to leverage the skills I’ve acquired and steer my career in a new direction. Joining Blue Yonder and its positive environment has proven to be the perfect move for me. Ellie and the entire fieldwork team have been fantastic in making sure I felt welcomed, and their continuous support in my training has been invaluable. As my role unfolds, I keep discovering the exciting opportunities that market research has to offer. A huge thank you to the entire Blue Yonder team for the warm introductions and ensuring that my settling-in process has been seamless.
Louise - Trainee Research Executive
My first month at Blue Yonder has been a dynamic experience! I’ve been involved in different aspects of projects from fieldwork to client meetings which has helped me understand how Blue Yonder works. The team have been really welcoming and have placed an emphasis on flexible and comprehensive hands-on training.
Michael - Data Analyst
I have now been part of Blue Yonder just over a month. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly which has made the shift in moving jobs pretty seamless. I already feel like I’m part of a team and family. Going for a team lunch on the first day helped cement this fact.
Since joining, each and every day has presented me with new experiences and opportunities. This has allowed me to develop new skills to help push me further. No client has been the same, leading to fast paced learning but at a manageable speed, with support ready and waiting for when it’s required.
Tracy - Sales & Purchase Ledger
I started working in the accounts department six weeks ago. After taking an 18-month break, I decided it was time to return to work. It was quite a shock to the system! But the whole onboarding process has been made so easy by Charlotte and Claire who have been especially supportive and patient. Everyone at Blue Yonder has been incredibly friendly and made me feel very much at home. There is still lots to learn but I feel like I’ve been here for ages!

My first month at Blue Yonder has been an exciting and immersive experience. I graduated from The University of Leeds in 2018 and have since worked in a variety of roles including editing, admin and teaching English in South Korea.
I enjoy working in roles with plenty of variety and opportunities to learn – since starting at Blue Yonder, everyday has been different and engaging. I am additionally very grateful to the team for being so supportive and inclusive.
