To support this claim, they needed clear, controlled evidence demonstrating that the product genuinely delivered a measurable cooling effect, giving pharmacists the proof they needed to endorse it with confidence.
The Solution:
We designed and hosted a Central Location Test (CLT) at Sense:lab, recruiting participants from our own consumer panel to ensure controlled, high-quality testing conditions.
