Blue Yonder Takes on The Three Peaks Challenge

Last week 7 daring members of the Blue Yonder team took on the infamous Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge as part of our partnership with Emmaus Leeds. Climbing the 3 peaks of Yorkshire in one day, the team successfully walked over 23 miles, taking around 12 hours in total!

A massive well done to Hollie Melissa Bell, Jason Hyde, Lara Rudin, Chloe Million, Mark Smethurst, Huw Williams and Richard Heath on completing the challenge and helping to raise over £700 for a great cause! Learn more about Emmaus below!

Managing Director, Richard Heath, had this to say about his experience:

“[To my Team] Thank you for making the trek such an amazing experience. And to everyone else at Blue Yonder thank you for making my other, more research orientated, long and winding road such a wonderful one to travel down. It was an intense experience. I’ve had a few experiences like this recently. Our work is not always easy. We deal in innovation and we’re excitedly growing. We don’t always know what is going to happen next. As long as we remember our core values, we’ll be ok. Positivity, Partnership, Authentic, Entrepreneurship.”

“We raised a really good amount of money for our partners at Emmaus Leeds, and got to explore this beautiful land of ours. Shout out to everyone we met along the way, including the lovely people from InSites Consulting led by Quentin Ashby (sorry I was too knackered to say hi in the pub afterwards!) One of the reasons I’ve stayed in market research so long is the sheer number of good hearted people I’ve met. It was no surprise to see such a high proportion of people walking the mountains for good causes came from such a typically kind hearted industry.”
