Welcoming Five Talented Professionals
Blue Yonder is excited to announce the addition of five exceptional new starters to our dynamic team in 2024. These talented newcomers have joined our R&D Insight, Qualitative, Fieldwork and Data Science teams across the company, bringing with them a diverse range of skills and experiences. Their arrival marks a significant milestone in our journey of growth and innovation, allowing us to deliver exceptional service and value to our UK and global clients.
As they embark on their exciting new roles, let’s hear directly from our newest members:
Karolina - Trainee Insight Executive
My first month at Blue Yonder has been filled with amazing opportunities to learn and develop new skills. I was provided with foundation training which made me feel more confident in many aspects of my role. I have enjoyed working on different projects and seeing the variety of things I will be doing as a trainee research executive! I feel especially grateful to the whole team for making me feel so welcome and offering me their support every day!
Tommy - Trainee Data Analyst
I have been working in market research for 2 years since graduating and felt my past work experience has been essential to exploit my skill set in Blue Yonder. I have been working at Blue Yonder for 3 months and I have certainly felt the support from the team and other departments of the company has been friendly and supportive, which has allowed me to communicate with ease.
Part of my role is working with big data sets and scripting, with support from the Oracle team, as well as the excellent training programmes and modules, it has been an enjoyable and captivating experience to continue to build my experience as a Trainee Data Analyst and further develop my knowledge.
Lucy- Trainee Insight Executive
I have been working at Blue Yonder for just over a month now, and I have really enjoyed learning all about market research! I have been involved with several projects from the start, in the qualitative team, which has been a great way to become immersed in the research process, and the variety in clients and projects has kept things exciting. As well as this, the whole team has been so friendly and supportive at every step!
Logan - Trainee Field Executive
I have been at Blue Yonder for nearly 3 months now and it already feels like a lot longer. I was given the warmest welcome from everyone within the company and found it very easy to settle in. I love the team that I am in, they are all hard workers who help each other at every opportunity they get which I believe has been key for me getting to grips with how Blue Yonder works. No two days are ever the same in Fieldwork and I have really enjoyed the variety of projects I’ve had the pleasure to work on in these first few months.
Emily - Trainee Insight Executive
My first month at Blue Yonder has been a whirl of new experiences and learning new skills! The role has been very exciting so far, with lots of variety, so I am looking forward to the future.
I graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2022 with a BA(Hons) in Social Psychology, before graduating from Lancaster University in 2023 with an MA in Social Research. As research was such a focus in my degrees, I am delighted to be beginning a career in this field.
